India National Chapter

The Global common society International India chapter was officially inaugurated in the year 1990 at the India International Center, New Delhi. The founder and World President of GCS International DR. Young-Seek-Choue officially proclaimed the India chapter. He had come to India along with Other United Nations Dignitaries. Dr. Joseph Verner Reed, The under Secretary general of the United Nations Formerly Proclaimed the India Chapter. Dr. S.S Mohaptara , (Former Member of Parliament, Loksabha and Rajyasabha) was announced as the second Chairman of the India Chapter and took charge.
